• Full delivery or collection address

• Any access restrictions or special instructions

Charges & Statutory Fees

Delivery and collection charges depend on location, timing, and access.

Statutory road user charges (such as the London Congestion Charge), tolls, or access-related costs may apply depending on location and access. These charges will be billed at cost and added to your invoice.

If you expect delivery or collection to require entry into a chargeable zone, please let us know in advance.

Waiting Time

If our driver or crew is required to wait due to site access, unavailable contacts, or delays beyond our control, waiting time may be charged at £50 per half hour, starting from the time our staff notifies the responsible person for the production or rental.
